3.1.3 Disclosure of Personal DataFor the purposes mentioned above, we may disclose your data to the following third parties:\u2022 izvajalcem turisti\u010dnih storitev, kot so hotelirji, organizatorji potovanj, ponudniki rent a car storitev, prevoznikom, vodnikom in ostalim tretjim osebam, ki so nujno potrebni za izvedbo va\u0161ega potovanja\u2022 rezervacijskim sistemom GDS (Global Distribution System), preko katerih rezerviramo turisti\u010dne storitve (letalske prevoze, hotele, rent a car stotitve, transferje, izlete, \u2026.)\u2022 zavarovalnicam – ponudnicam turisti\u010dnih zavarovanj bodisi za odpoved potovanja, nezgodno zavarovanje ali zdravstveno zavarovanje z asistenco (Coris, Europ\u00e4ische …)\u2022 konzularnim predstavni\u0161tvom, in carinskim organom za urejanje vstopnih dovoljenj\u2022 organom kazenskega pregona in dav\u010dnim organom na osnovi njihove pisne zahteve\u2022 pravosodnim organom in pravnim sodelavcem pri uveljavljanju na\u0161ih zakonskih pravic v zvezi s pogodbo z vamiTuristi\u010dna Agencija ponuja turisti\u010dne storitve po vsem svetu, zaradi \u010desar je za izvedbo pogodbe o potovanju ob\u010dasno potrebno osebne podatke posredovati tretjim osebam, ki so izven Evropskega gospodarskega prostora (EGP), kjer za\u0161\u010dita osebnih podatkov ni tako visoka kot v EGP. Zato od vseh ponudnikov storitev zahtevamo, da podatke obdelajo varno in v skladu z zakonodajo o varstvu podatkov Republike Slovenije in EU.3.2\u00a0Dejavnost hotelirstva (Hotel Mangart Bovec)\u017dnider\u00b4s d.o.o. (Hotel Mangart Bovec) osebne podatke zbira in obdeluje na podlagi pravne podlage. Pravna podlaga je odvisna od namena, v skladu s katerim smo podatke pridobili. V teh primerih obdelava poteka v okviru z izjavo danega namena in dogovorjenih na\u010dinih obve\u0161\u010danja, vse do preklica.<\/p>\n\n
