The Kanin Ski Centre spreads across a great deal of the Kanin Range, but there are still places for those who enjoy the serenity of deserted slopes and skiing off of the maintained pistes. Practically the entire western part of the Kanin Massif is still untouched, and large slopes as well as long, solitude-filled alpine depressions ending near the village of Žaga invite all enthusiasts of daylong ski-roaming.
The areas under Mt. Lepo Špičje, Kanjevec and the Rombon Massif are also very interesting.
